2024年足协教练员大会：聚焦精英青训人才培养的中外专家交流

北京时间12月13日至15日，2024年中国足协教练员大会在上海体育大学隆重举行。本次大会由中国足协主办，上海体育大学承办，旨在为全国的足球教练员和专业人士提供一个了解国际足球发展趋势、学习先进理念的平台，并共同探索具有中国特色的足球发展道路。

本次大会主题为“现代高水平足球发展趋势与精英青训人才培养”，吸引了来自各会员协会及重点城市代表、男女职业俱乐部代表以及青训专家、高水平教练等130余人参加。多位外籍专家也应邀出席，包括欧足联、英超联盟，以及荷兰和德国的知名学者，他们进行了精彩的主题演讲。同时，大会还深入探讨了国际足球发展的最新动态及青少年运动员培训提升等核心议题。

在开幕式上，东道主上海体育大学校长毛丽娟热情欢迎与会嘉宾，希望大家能够通过此次会议收获知识，实现自我成长。她表示，希望加强学校与中国足协之间的合作，在人才培养、科研创新等方面打造更强优势，为国家示范性足球学院的发展贡献力量。

沈祥福主任作为技术委员会代表发表讲话，他提到：“抬头看路，与埋头做事同样重要。”他强调，此次大会邀请欧洲顶级专家进行分享，是希望大家能借此机会拓宽视野，将欧洲先进理念带回实际工作中去。

此外，中国足协主席宋凯指出，要振兴中国足球必须抓住教练队伍建设这个关键。他呼吁所有教练统一思想，“大力倡导技术至上的原则，以恢复我国 足球 的灵魂”。同时，他强调要注重科学训练精神，每位 coach 都需具备敬业奉献之心。“没有这些，就无法做好我们的事业，”他说。此外，中国 足 协将致力于构建高质量竞赛体系，通过优质比赛检验青训成果，同时积极引进国外优秀 青 训 教师，提高整体教学水准并促进内部竞争良性化。

This conference lasted for three days. On the first day, an expert from UEFA's technical research team, Karanka, provided a professional interpretation of the "2024 European Championship Technical Report," analyzing current trends in European football tactics and strategies. In a roundtable discussion format with domestic experts Li Bing, Lü Jun, and Wang Baoshan, they interacted enthusiastically about “the transition from elite youth training players to professionals.” The afternoon session included practical field exercises led by Karanka focusing on high pressing and counter-pressing techniques.

The second day's discussions centered around elite youth training. Sean from the English Premier League introduced their development philosophy while Daniel shared successful cases related to player discovery at Fulham Academy. Later that day, former Ajax Youth Director Edmond highlighted seven key success factors crucial for effective youth training systems in Holland: clear developmental philosophies; top-level talent; appropriate competition structures; age-specific coaching excellence; proper management approaches; conducive external environments; as well as innovation and strategic planning.

The final day featured Lars—a lecturer certified by China Football Association—who delivered insights into future directions for Chinese coaches' education alongside new content arrangements for D,C,B courses through practical sessions.

< p >During this learning process , under the lead of Technology Commission , representatives discussed China's tactical styles along with juvenile league models . At morning group sharing , Zhang Yaokun 、 Lujun ，and Zhao Junzhe expressed opinions representing local associations 、professional clubs & technology committee respectively . All three agreed national teams should establish unified tactical DNA based upon four-defender formations while advocating nationwide leagues among youths aged over thirteen years old so young athletes can truly develop via consistent competitive exposure ; additionally grouping similar skill levels together would further enhance performance opportunities < p >After these enlightening days spent exchanging knowledge amongst participants left many feeling greatly enriched including ex-national team player Wang Qiang who now heads U-teams within Shandong Luneng Soccer School stating : “The lessons taught us broadened horizons allowing deeper comprehension surrounding cutting-edge developments emerging globally whilst resolving issues faced daily sparked fresh thoughts leading towards clearer pathways forward regarding grassroots efforts moving ahead ” < P >China Foot Ball Assocation vice president Xu Jiren attended closing ceremony thanking all trainers enduring challenges during downturns emphasizing importance combining heritage/innovation adapting international practices/local situations integrating specialized/social perspectives urging continuous improvement elevating scientific standards consistently exploring athletic regulations enhancing overall methodologies used throughout trainings”
